Shipping Information

We ship almost everything by Canada Post or Greyhound. We ship Greyhound unless specified otherwise by the customer. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Cochrane, AB. Shipment by courier will be made if you have an established account with UPS, Purolator, or Loomis.

Please be prepared to give us your account number when ordering.

Measuring Information

To assure a perfect fit, stand your horse squarely. Have a friend help you if necessary to keep the horses head straight. Use a flexible measuring tape (cloth is best) and start at the center of the horses chest and measure around the widest part of the horses shoulder, along the barrel and around the widest part of the hindquarter to the center of the tail.

This line may not be parallel to the ground. The longest line on most horses angles upwards slightly at the hindquarters, (about where the second dart comes on your blankets). Please refer to the diagram. The blanket size is the same as the number of inches measured. However, if the measurement is an odd number, order the next highest even blanket size. eg. if the horse measures 77" you should order a 78.

If your horse has proven to be difficult to fit, give us another measurement:
A topline measurement - a cloth tape laid very flat along your horses backbone from the wither to the top of the tail. This will allow us to fit even the most difficult animal.

Manufacturers Warranty

If at any time, for any reason, you feel a Showcase product is unsatisfactory or has failed to provide a reasonable value, we'll repair or replace it. Freight is always the responsibility of the purchaser!
